Managing Distributed Teams

When your team don’t work in the same vicinity as you it can be hard to know you are providing them with the support, they need to deliver the output you require. It’s a fine balance to provide the right levels support and autonomy while also maintaining a sense of control in an organisation. The lessons provided in this course can be used for managing field workers and, remote or hybrid workers, both employed and sub-contracted.
